The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. 4.2.       Notification Period in case of Defects: You must notify us of any defects in the products immediately upon discovery but no later than 2 months after becoming aware of the defect. It is assumed that you have become aware of the defect within a day after receiving the products. Failure to provide timely notification will exclude you from the right to seek any remedies in relation to the the defective products, unless otherwise provided by law.

4.3.       Conditions for Returns and Exchanges: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all labels and packaging intact to be eligible for a return or exchange. Certain types of goods such as personalized items or perishable goods are not eligible for return. If an exchange is desired, the availability of a replacement item will be confirmed at the time of the request. You shall bear the cost of returning the products, except in cases where the product returned does not comply with the order, such as being wrong or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4.4.       Process for Claiming Refunds: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The refund will be made immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned products or you provide evidence of having returned the products, whichever occurs first.
