1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, please email a clear statement stating your decision to withdraw from the contract.
2. Notification Period in Case of Defects
If you discover any product defects, please notify us immediately upon discovery but no later than 2 months after becoming aware of the defect. You are assumed to become aware of the defect within a day after receiving the products. Timely notification is crucial, as failure to provide it may exclude you from seeking remedies for defective products unless otherwise provided by law.
3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all labels and packaging intact. Just so you know, certain goods, such as personalized items or perishable goods, are not eligible for return. If you wish to exchange an item, we will confirm the availability of a replacement at your request. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for the cost of returning the products, except when the returned product does not comply with your order, such as being incorrect or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
